Del City toddler, 2, found safe
DEL CITY — A 2-year-old girl taken by her father Monday morning was returned safely to her mother Monday night, authorities said.
Hannah Quisenberry-Drennan was found with her father, Boyd Ray Quisenberry , 30, at a northeast Oklahoma City apartment complex about 7 p.m., Del City police detective Jody Suit said.
