Born in 1994, Narcisse always tended to be the youngest among his classmates. He was 2 when he began attending French immersion schools in California. When he was 9, his family moved from Los Angeles to South Florida, and he continued his foreign-language education, first at Lycee-Franco Americain International School in Cooper City and then at Hollywood’s International School of Broward for ninth and 10th grades. At 14, he enrolled in College Academy at Broward College, where students earn a high school diploma and enough college credits for an associate’s degree at the same time. He entered FSU at 16, and with his college credits from Broward, qualified for graduation in four semesters.
