Devon Thomas case: Co-defendants plead not guilty Published: June 6, 2014

On Friday morning, two co-defendants of Oklahoma State freshman running back Devon Thomas pleaded not guilty to felony charges of shooting with intent to kill, robbery with a firearm and first-degree burglary during arraignments in Tulsa County District Court.

Eighteen-year-olds Eduard Smith and De'Carrio Taylor, also of Broken Arrow, will return to court July 28 for preliminary hearings. Thomas, 18, was not arraigned, but had a court date set for June 20.
