The Oklahoma Department of Human Services has made critical progress on reforming itself to make it more customer service friendly. In order to keep the momentum going, it's critical that new DHS Director Ed Lake has experience fighting fraud and finding efficiencies. That way, the Pinnacle Plan can be better funded and executed.
