Did Oklahoma City outgrow the Blazers?
Blazers fans were shocked and upset on Thursday when they found out the tradition-rich hockey franchise chose to close its doors and suspend operations for an indefinite period of time.
Rubbing salt into the wounds was the fact the decision may be influenced by an attempt by Express Sports, which owns the Blazers, to bring an American Hockey League franchise back to Oklahoma City .
