Directors of the proposed museum of popular culture are still looking for funding

Oklahoma History Center Executive Director Bob Blackburn is hoping to pursuade lawmakers to fund the Tulsa POPs Museum by reauthorizing bond issues that were sold to build the Oklahoma History Center in 1999.
