Dodgers star Matt Kemp says he'll donate $1,000 to tornado relief for every home run

Matt Kemp hit a home run on Monday night. Then he performed a far bigger deed after the game.

The former Midwest City star, made aware of the devastating tornadoes that ripped through his home state just hours before, took to Twitter to offer his condolences.

But along with it, Kemp tossed in a generous proposal, donating $1,000 for the home run he hit that night, and another $1,000 for every one he hits before the mid-July All-Star Break, to Monday afternoon’s tornado victims.

Classy move by a guy who has made a habit of them recently.
