Double stabbing leaves one dead in Bristow

A double stabbing Friday night in Bristow left one woman dead and a man in critical condition, authorities said.

Betty Evans, 51, died after being stabbed at her home Friday evening. Her brother, Robert Evans, also was stabbed. He was taken to a Tulsa area hospital where he was in critical condition Saturday, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported.
