Douglass' Deondre Clark, Norman North's David Cornwell on 2014 Rivals100

BY JACOB UNRUH released its annual Rivals100 list of the nation’s top 100 football recruits Monday morning, and as expected there were a few Oklahoma players on the list.

Douglass defensive end Deondre Clark enters the list at No. 48, after he set a school record with 22 sacks last season and finished with 99 tackles.

Norman North quarterback David Cornwell is No. 63 on the list. Last season at Jones, Cornwell threw for 2,742 yards and 27 touchdowns. released its list just one day after we released the first edition of our annual Super 30 list of the state’s top recruits, which can be found here. We also made the case for who should be No. 1 and broke down the strong quarterback class in the state.

Clark is No. 1 and Cornwell is No. 5 on our Super 30 list.

Clark currently has 14 offers, including Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, USC and Notre Dame.

Cornwell has offers from Auburn, Virginia Tech, Washington State, Indiana and Tulsa. He has also taken recent visits to Alabama, Michigan and UCLA.
