MidTown revival talk is borne out by new stats.

Office vacancy in Oklahoma City 's MidTown, centered at NW 10 and Walker, is a squeaker of a record low at 1.9 percent, according to Grubb & Ellis-Levy Beffort's third-quarter office report.
