Drilling equipment to be auctioned in El Reno

Six refurbished drilling rigs will go on the auction block this morning in El Reno.
The
Great American Group is selling off an estimated $25 million worth of assets of Red River Energy, a Kingfisher company it purchased in June.
The auction begins at 10 a.m. at the conference center at
Redland Community College and online at
www.greatamerican.com.
The sale includes skid- and trailer-mounted drilling rigs, trucks, support equipment, supplies, pipe, parts and ancillary assets. Each of the rebuilt rigs is ready to work, officials said.
Most of the equipment is in Kingfisher, with one cold-weather rig in Rifle, Colo.
