Driving golf carts on streets becoming trend in Hobart

HOBART — Newspaper Publisher Joe Hancock has written about the people and happenings of his hometown for more than 55 years. So perhaps it is only fitting the iconic local figure was the first to embrace a new city ordinance that allows electric-powered golf carts to be driven on public streets.
