The body of a man who drowned Friday was recovered Sunday on the northeast shoreline of Keystone Lake near Prue.

Aaron Michael Short, 21, of Collinsville fell into the water after the boat he was on struck a tree about 11:40 p.m. Friday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

Short fell into the 18-foot-deep water, which was 20 feet away from the shore. His body was found at 8 a.m. Sunday, the patrol said.

Short was not wearing a flotation device, the patrol said.
