Drug results may influence sentence term for Tulsa woman

TULSA — A Tulsa woman whose baby was killed by a puppy has tested positive for a drug that is not included in the list of medications she takes, according to a probation report.

A prosecutor filed a document in Tulsa County Juvenile Court this week asserting that Linzy Earles violated her probation by testing positive for benzodiazepines.
