About 12:30 p.m. Monday, Wiley was driving a tractor-trailer west on State Highway 33, about four miles east of Cushing in Payne County, when the vehicle left the road, struck two trees and landed in a ravine before catching fire, troopers said.
Wiley died at the scene. It is not known whether he was wearing a seat belt.
Jill Marie Palmer, 32, Duncan
Palmer was killed about 7:20 p.m. Sunday on 2nd Street just north of Cherokee Road in Duncan. Her car went off the road, hit a culvert, troopers said.
Palmer was pronounced dead at the scene. She was not wearing a seat belt, troopers said..
Gary Edward Gamble III, 19, Vici
Gamble died Saturday at OU Medical Center from injuries he suffered Wednesday in a crash on a Woodward County road three miles south of Woodward.
Gamble was driving east on a county road and stopped at a stop sign, but then failed to yield to a southbound vehicle because he was distracted by a cellphone, troopers said.
He was not wearing a seat belt, trooper said.
