The background of each character is explored more fully throughout the final fourteen episodes of the season. Team telepath Miss Martian (Danica McKellar) reveals who inspired her human look; Superboy (Nolan North) finds out he's not Superman's only clone; and Artemis (Stephanie Lemelin) must confront her family history. Over the final 14 episodes, various characters attempt to keep secrets from one another; this only aids the forces allied against the team. In the season's conclusion, the team must test its trust and stand up against its mentors if it is to achieve success.

“Young Justice” remains a top-notch animated action program, which should appeal to superhero enthusiasts from today's young viewers to older fans of the characters dating back to the classic Marv Wolfman-George Perez “Teen Titans” comics.
