Eagle loses wing, but gets new home

ENID -- When John Wilkins noticed a wounded bald eagle during one of his photo trips, he knew help was needed.

The Enid News & Eagle reports that Wilkins contacted Grey Snow Eagle House staff, who came to the bird's aid.

Now, after having to have a wing amputated, the eagle is at Grey Snow Eagle House and doing well.
