Earthquake reported near Oklahoma City

A small earthquake was reported late Sunday near Oklahoma City , the third quake reported near the metro in the last nine days.

The temblor, measuring 2.6 on the Richter scale, struck about 11:45 p.m. about two miles east-northeast of Choctaw, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. A magnitude-2.5 quake struck nearby Nov. 16, and a 3.0-magnitude quake struck the same area Nov. 14.
