East Central student is charged in classmate’s killing
Jerrod Murray, 18, of Asher, OK, was charged Friday with first-degree murder in the death of Generro Sanchez, 18. Bail was denied in a court hearing Friday, and the next court date in the case is scheduled Jan. 8.
ASHER — An East Central University student confessed to killing one of his classmates Wednesday morning to see what it felt like, according to an affidavit filed by the Pottawatomie County undersheriff who arrested him.
