An edible centerpiece is a great way to serve appetizers for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other holiday.

First, choose the desired color scheme. Fall colors such as earth tones, green, orange and wine would be great for a Thanksgiving centerpiece. Select several decorative tiles, platters and/or serving plates in a variety of shapes and in colors that coordinate with the color scheme.
