Edmond teenage alternative rockers At Long Last are playing their farewell show at 7 tonight at The Conservatory, 8911 N Western Ave.

The foursome — singer/primary songwriter/guitarist Jordan Lindley, lead guitarist Caden Castelli, drummer Carson Hawkins, and bassist Cole Verble — started playing together about six years ago. They’ve toured nationally, opening for the likes of Dallas-based pop-punk band Forever the Sickest Kids, and made the Billboard charts with their song “I’ll Take My Chances.”

You can read my 2012 feature on At Long Last here.

But the guys have now graduated high school and are going their separate ways. Manager Denise Castelli (who’s also Caden’s mom) tells me that for Jordan, that means being accepted to the Songwriting Academy at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn. He’s one of 126 kids nationwide asked to join the academy freshman year, which is a huge honor.

The band also is releasing a farewell EP titled “Wait & Hope,” which you can check out here.

Here’s hoping all four of the guys go on to great things.

Tiger Lily, Keeper and Thin Skin also are on the bill for tonight’s farewell show. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. For more information, go to www.conservatoryokc.com or www.ticketstorm.com.
