Oklahoma City homicide detectives investigate Edmond bicyclist's death

New information has surfaced in the death of Alan Spencer, 56, of Edmond, who was struck by a vehicle and killed July 17 while riding his bicycle in northeast Oklahoma City, police say. Those details led police to treat the death as a homicide.
