Edmond center recognizes couple for volunteering
The Edmond Senior Center has named Bill and Charlotte Stephens as the December Volunteers of the Month.
The couple met while they were still in high school. Bill was a year ahead of Charlotte and even though he joined the Navy after graduation the two got married soon after Charlotte graduated, on January 3, 1950.
