Edmond City Councilman David Miller leaves
EDMOND — Longtime City Councilman David Miller resigned Tuesday, leaving the Ward 4 office and mayor pro tem job vacant.
He made his final motion to adjourn on Monday at the close of his last meeting on the council. He was elected in 2001.
