Edmond commission approves temporary building plan, despite chairman's complaint

EDMOND — Edmond Planning Commission Chairman Barry Moore voted against Mercy Health Systems' request to move a temporary building near Interstate 35, complaining that he didn't know about the plans until he got the information for this week's meeting.
