Edmond elementary students win creativity contest

Students at Clegern Elementary School in the Edmond school district win elementary division of Love's Creative SPARKS! contest.

Clegern Elementary School second-graders Amy Meta and Channing Hill won first place in the elementary category in the Love's Creative SPARKS! contest, which recognizes students who use their imagination to envision more creative learning environments. They received cash prizes, and the school will receive $2,000 from Love's to implement the girls' idea of holding a math-themed school carnival.
