There will be silent and live auctions during the evening.
Camp said auction items include Thunder tickets as well as admission to Silver Dollar City near Branson, Mo. There are also limo rides, a $1,000 scholarship to UCO and various restaurant cards.
And if you can't make the auction, but would still like to help the FFA, Camp invites the public to call her at 818-3847 to donate a prize or make some other kind of contribution. Gifts to the FFA are tax-deductible.
The effort is worthwhile, Camp said. She said she has seen quite a change in her daughter, Kalee, 16, a sophomore at Edmond North High School.
“Since joining FFA, her confidence has increased,” she said. “She's become a very good public speaker and hopes to run for a statewide FFA office.”
