Edmond firefighter wins battle for comp benefits
EDMOND — An Edmond firefighter with cancer should get workers’ compensation benefits, the state Supreme Court ruled this week.
The ruling upheld 19-year veteran Tim Vernon’s claim that his cancer is job-related.
