Edmond foster mom held in death of child
EDMOND — An Edmond woman was arrested Friday afternoon on a child abuse complaint in connection with the death of her 2-year-old foster child, said Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown .
Amy Holder , 38, was arrested in the death of the girl, identified as Naomi, who died Jan. 20, 2009, at 7751 Prairie View Road in Edmond, Brown said.
