Edmond: It's a fact.

Edmond’s water resources department monitors 56 water wells and operates the Coffee Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, over 400 miles of lines and nine lift stations. Major capital improvements are needed for the plant and conveyance system in the next several years. The estimated cost is about $20 million.
