Edmond North’s Hayden Wood and Hobart’s Brad Dalke each had a chance at birdie on the final hole of the Terra Cotta Invitational that would have forced a playoff, but both had to settle for second place.

Wood, who has signed with Oklahoma State, and Dalke, an Oklahoma commit, each shot 3-under-par 213 totals to finish one shot behind Alabama signee Davis Riley at Naples National Golf Club in Florida on Sunday.

Wood’s father, PGA and Champions Tour winner Willie Wood, caddied for him in the event. Dalke is the son of former OU football standout and current Hobart coach Bill Dalke.
