A site plan for a new BancFirst building to be located north of Spring Creek Plaza shopping center will be considered by the Edmond Planning Commission on Tuesday.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at 20 S Littler Ave.

The new bank is planned for the east side of Bryant Avenue. It is on 2.7 acres and platted The Bridges at Spring Creek West. There will be only the bank and drive-thru on 10,500 square feet with 56 parking spaces and two bicycle parking racks.

City Planner Bob Schiermeyer said plans include a slight modification to the retaining wall along Bryant.

Plans include one 6-foot, 42-square-foot ground sign. Base material of the sign is recommended to be masonry matching the building rather than metal, Schiermeyer said.

There are no sensitive borders adjacent to the property and no fence is required.
