— The Edmond Quilt Guild is sponsoring the Edmond Quilt Festival, which continues from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Dale Hamilton Field House at the University of Central Oklahoma.

The show features 130 quilts made by guild members, said Sherry Massey, show chairman. Admission is $5, and parking is free.

There will be door prizes, demonstrations, vendors and a quilt raffle.

For more information, go to www.edmondquiltguild.us.

The nonprofit, all-volunteer guild has about 200 active members.

Its Loving Touch Committee makes quilts for The Hope Center in Edmond, place mats for Meals on Wheels and infant quilts for neonatal intensive care units.
