Without even playing one high school game, Edmond Santa Fe freshman point guard Jo’Nah Johnson is already garnering recruiting interest from all over the country.

Texas A&M became the first school to make an official offer to the 5-foot-7 standout after strong showings in multiple AAU showcases.

The Aggies already have ties to Santa Fe with sophomore Courtney Walker, who was a two-time member of The Oklahoman‘s Super 5. Walker was also named to the Preseason All-SEC First Team before this season.

Texas A&M won last season’s SEC Tournament in its first year in the league and is off to a 2-0 start this season.
