EDMOND — A summer enrollment center for new Edmond students in kindergarten through 12th grade is open through July 26.
Students who have moved into a different school area or have been granted a transfer for the 2012-2013 school year also can enroll at the center located at Memorial High School, 1000 E 15th St.
It will be open from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The center will be closed July 4 through 6.
“Our goal is to make the enrollment process as seamless as possible by offering an efficient, timely and user-friendly service as we welcome new students to Edmond schools,” said Lynne Rowley, executive director of secondary education.
To enroll in Edmond schools, students must live with a parent, legal guardian or legal custodian who resides in the Edmond Public School district. Two verifiable proofs of residency, a legal birth certificate for students entering prekindergarten, kindergarten and first grade, immunization records and a photo identification of the parent or guardian.
