EDMOND — David Brown took the stage Tuesday night at Life Church in Edmond telling the capacity audience that it was through their support and prayers that helped him through his darkest moments on NBC’s “The Biggest Loser,” the Edmond Sun reports.

And as a result he not only lost 222 pounds but he was able to accomplish something else. He says that experience helped him become a better man, husband and father.

Brown, an Edmond native, finished second on this season of the “The Biggest Loser” finishing just 20 pounds shy of claiming the final spot.
