Edmond Swine Week run raises $13,000

Edmond Memorial High School Swine Week is happening this week. Students are trying to raise $350,000 to benefit the Oklahoma City-based nonprofit Limbs for Life Foundation.

— Swine Week activities continue this week at Edmond Memorial High School as students try to raise $350,000 to benefit the Oklahoma City-based nonprofit Limbs for Life Foundation.

As part of the fundraising efforts, students held their first Hog Jog 5k in Bricktown in Oklahoma City. The run raised more than $13,000.

Students will announce how much money they raised this year during a ceremony at 1:15 p.m. Friday at the school.
