EDMOND — Sponsors and volunteers are needed for the annual Edmond Turkey Trot held on Thanksgiving morning.
Organizers are looking for financial and in-kind sponsorship partners, said Josh Moore, an organizer of the 5k run and 1-mile wobble.

All proceeds benefit Turning Point Ministries, a nonprofit organization that assists with housing needs.
The fundraiser brought out 1,800 participants in 2011.
The 5k race starts at 8 a.m. Nov. 22 in downtown Edmond. The 1-mile wobble starts at 8:05 a.m.
All ages are invited to participate. Strollers and friendly dogs are welcome.
