Eldorado man dies in wreck

An Eldorado man died in a single-vehicle accident about 3 a.m. Wednesday on State Highway 44 about three miles north of Sentinel in Washita County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. Troopers said Ricky D. Goss, 25, died at the scene. Goss was in a car that was traveling northbound on SH 44 when it left the roadway to the right and went airborne down a steep embankment. The car then struck a fence and rolled three times, throwing Goss out of the vehicle. Tristan Gossett, 26, of Burns Flat, was injured in the wreck. Gossett was taken to an Oklahoma City hospital. Troopers have not determined who was driving the car at the time of the accident.
