Electronic bill filing to save Oklahoma House paper

The House of Representatives will file bills electronically for the first time this session.

House Speaker Chris Benge said the new electronic filing system is one of the first in the nation.

"House Republicans have supported streamlining government and making the most efficient use of taxpayer dollars, and that goes for us as well,” said Benge, R- Tulsa .
