David Barnes, Oklahoma County emergency management director, will be keynote speaker for a preparedness fair from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5020 NW 63.
After Barnes speaks on emergency preparedness, participants can choose four classes from a list that includes food and water storage, budgeting and saving, making a 72-hour emergency kit, family emergency plans, dealing with winter storms and power outages, first aid and home canning and gardening.
