Energy rebate bill offers new breaks for industry

A bill to delay tax rebates to the oil and gas industry and generate about $80 million to help balance the state budget contains several new provisions that would benefit the industry but cost Oklahoma hundreds of millions of dollars, opponents said Wednesday.
