Enforcing Oklahoma City ordinances should be a priority

Ever wonder why there isn't a law addressing the muffler-less motorcycles that rattle your ear drums? How about the cellphones and texting that create more driving hazards than DUIs? Shouldn't there be a law against that? There is in Oklahoma City. A city ordinance applies to loud vehicles. As for the cellphones and texting, there's an ordinance against “failure to devote full time and attention to operating a motor vehicle.” Why aren't these ordinances being enforced?
