Enrollment opens for Oklahoma City Community College kids programs

Oklahoma City Community College has opened enrollment for its summer sports and recreation camps along with its College for Kids classes. Classes and programs begin May 28.

Oklahoma City Community College has opened enrollment for its summer sports and recreation camps along with its College for Kids classes.

Those who enroll before Friday will receive a 10 percent discount. Programs and classes begin May 28 at the college, 7777 S May.

OCCC recreation and fitness camps offer children ages 6 to 15 a chance to participate in basketball, baseball, flag football, cheer, dance, tennis and more. Half-day and full-day sessions are available.

Children participating in sports camps must be in first grade to eighth grade in fall 2013. Class prices vary.

College for Kids offers a variety of classes designed for students entering first through eighth grades. The academic enrichment program consists mostly of one-week classes taught by qualified instructors on subjects including music, social science, computer applications and math.
