EPA unveils new emissions rule for coal plants

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Wednesday issued the first national standards to slash toxic emissions from coal-fired power plants, a move the agency expects to prevent as many as 11,000 premature deaths and 4,700 heart attacks a year.
