It’s official. ESPN’s “College GameDay” show will be at Oklahoma State’s season opener.

ESPN will broadcast Aug. 29-30 in Sundance Square before OSU and Florida State meet in the Cowboys Classic at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, at 7 p.m. Aug. 30.

Sundance Square Plaza is an outdoor plaza in downtown Fort Worth that hosted several ESPN broadcasts when the Final Four and Super Bowl were played in AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

College GameDay usually sets up on the campus of a school where the network is broadcasting a game that week. But the network chose the Fort Worth venue in the hopes of drawing out a variety of college football fans, Lee Fitting, senior coordinating producer for College GameDay, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
