ESPN's 'College GameDay' looks back at Jerome Lane's backboard-shattering dunk

— ESPN reporter Rachel Nichols has jumped to CNN and Turner Sports. She will serve as a sports reporter and anchor a new weekend sports program on CNN beginning later this year.

— Green Bay Packers All-Pro linebacker Clay Matthews will join CBS as a contributing analyst on the network's Super Bowl pregame show Feb. 3.

— “The Crossover: with Beadle and Briggs,” a new 30-minute daily topical sports, entertainment and pop culture show featuring Michelle Beadle, a former ESPN personality, and Dave Briggs, a former Fox News personality, premieres at 5 p.m. Monday on the NBC Sports Network.

— NBC Sports will air eight hours of coverage of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships this weekend from Omaha, Neb. Coverage begins at 2 p.m. Saturday with live coverage of the pairs free skate and free dance. At 7 p.m., the ladies short program will air on tape, followed by live coverage of the ladies free skate. Coverage continues at 2 p.m. Sunday with the men's free skate.
