Eugene siblings find — and give back — $13,000
Ryan and Katie Moi will say this straight up. When $13,000 fell into their laps out of the blue on Monday, the two Eugene siblings immediately envisioned ways to use the money.

Katie, 21, had spent the afternoon dropping off job applications at restaurants and coffee shops around town. A student at Pioneer Pacific College working toward a diploma in the medical field, she’s a year out from graduating and money’s a little tight.
