"I thought it would slow down and it hasn't," she tells PARADE. "I was in Europe for two months right after the show at Cannes, then I had to go to Monaco, and then I had to go to London, Paris and Spain. So I was working throughout. I just got back and am now doing the Lay's campaign. It was interesting since I thought I would have more down time. I'm shooting a movie in November so I'll have some time before that though I'm working with the Obama campaign pretty much every weekend until then."
Longoria will one of the judges (Chef Michael Symon is also be on the panel) for Lay's "Do Us A Flavor" campaign (click here to find out more), which seeks to find the next great potato chip flavor. The winner will be awarded $1 million!
"Anything that thinks outside of the box and I love cultural-related ideas," Longoria says about how to impress her. "They have a curry one in India, a sushi one in Japan, a chile con limon in Mexico and I think those are pretty specific to those cultures. So it would be nice to think what American culture would represent."

On her flavor submission.
"Every time I think of a flavor I want, they already have it. They have some really interesting flavors so when they asked me to be part of the 'Do Us A Flavor' campaign I thought it was such a great idea to get the consumer involved to get the next great flavor and win a million dollars."
On her salty tooth.
"I'm a salty person. I don't have a sweet tooth. I'm not a chocolate person. I love salt and vinegar potato chips, nuts, olives, anything salty."
What's cooking in her kitchen.
"I've been on a health kick lately so my new thing is kale.
