REALE Evelyn Claudine, 73, born Sept. 24, 1927, joined her mother, Flora Mae and her father, Earl "Bunk" Fry, on Feb. 25, 2001. She lived in Oklahoma all of her life, with the exception of a few years in the 30's & 40's when she lived around Stockton, CA. There she met the love of her life, Joseph J. Reale. In 1948 they married and in 1956 moved to OKC where they settled to raise two daughters, Darla Reale, OKC and Gwen (Reale) Brunton, San Diego, CA. She was a member of Our Lady's Cathedral and was very active at John Carroll School where her children attended. She retired from Baptist Hospital's ITCU Special Unit in 1985. A dedicated worker, she will be remembered by all as a special person who never failed to help someone in time of need. She had the gift of giving of herself, which will not be forgotten; especially by family and close friends. She is survived by her husband, Joe and daughters, Darla and Gwen; a dear brother, Frank Frye, who grew up in the home; son-in-law, Wayne Brunton; grandsons, Joe and Shane Brunton, Anthony J. Reale and wife, Lisa; close friend, Gerald Knight; that special cousin, Wilburn Metcalf; and all her dear nieces and nephews. Evelyn was a generous woman with a big heart, she will be terribly missed... But her zest for living and loving will keep memories flowing for years to come. God will keep her close. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:30 p.m., Friday, March 2, 2001, at All Saints Chapel in Connor Center at Our Lady's Cathedral, 3214 N. Lake Ave., OKC. SMITH & KERNKE 1401 NW 23RD
